I've spent the last thirteen years running service businesses. Different industries, same lesson : standards only exist if someone protects them every single day. The late check-in, the cleaner who skipped a corner, the invoice that doesn't quite add up. Those are the moments where a business is actually built, or quietly lost.

I arrived in Montenegro in November 2025. I'd booked a short stay and never really left. What kept me here wasn't the postcard side of the country, it was the daily rhythm of it. Long lunches that no one rushes. Conversations with neighbours who remember what you told them last week. A culture that still values doing things properly, in person, with your name attached.

The more time I spent on the coast, the more I understood it. The traditions, the food, the seasons, the way people look after one another. At some point it stopped feeling like somewhere I was visiting and started feeling like somewhere I wanted to contribute to.

MNE Rental Services is how I'm doing that. A small, locally run team looking after homes along the Montenegrin coast. Apartments, villas, townhouses, whole buildings. Whatever the property, we treat it like it's ours.
The same care, the same attention, the same standards we'd want if it were our own front door. No fine print designed to confuse you. You'll always know what's happening inside your property, what it earned, and what it cost. Nothing more complicated than that.


The team

For now, the company is just one person. I am the founder, the account manager and the person who shows up when a guest can't find their keys at midnight. That is not a limitation — it is a choice. I believe a service business is only as good as the person standing behind it, and I wanted to earn that reputation myself before anyone else wore the name.

Behind me sits a network of trusted local providers — cleaners, maintenance crews, linen services, photographers — each vetted over months of working together. They are not employees on a payroll, but they are people we trust to represent the business when we are not at the door.
